I started my journey with healing energies 17 years ago and it saved my life.

I found myself dealing with a challenging health issue that could not be diagnosed.  At that time, I was introduced to a healer who lived in the same Condominium building as my husband and I.  I began working with this woman and learned about energy, about our spirit, and most importantly, about our choices.  It became clear the choices we make in our lives have consequences on our bodies -- especially if we aren't paying attention.  Thus began an inquiry into my own life, and the beginning of my spiritual awakening.  This amazing journey taught me that forgiveness and acceptance would eventually set me free.  It gave me the room to start saying "YES" to life, which then opened up infinite possibilities that I never could have imagined.  Like becoming a healer and a teacher myself.  Everything crystallized for me once I was introduced to the healing powers of Reiki.  This gentle yet affirmative energy shifted my consciousness in profound ways, allowing healing to be experienced at an even deeper level; in my relationships, in my work, and most importantly, within myself.

I am certified as a Usui Holy Fire/Reiki II Practitioner /Teacher level I and II,
ART advanced Reiki II Training Usui Holy Fire II Master/ Teacher, and a  Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki Master/ Teacher.  As well I am  an Affiliate  of the Reiki Membership Association and I am a certified Ordained  Minister.
